Responsible Gaming
We care about every player. Our responsible gaming tools keep your experience safe, in control, and enjoyable.
Our Commitment to Safe Play
At Lukki Casino, responsible gaming is not a box we tick — it is central to how we operate. We believe gambling should be entertainment, not a source of stress or financial hardship. Every tool on this page exists to help you stay in control of your play, your spending, and your time.
New Zealand players have access to our full suite of player-protection features directly from their account dashboard. You can set limits, take breaks, or self-exclude at any time — no cooldown period, no waiting, no questions asked. Your wellbeing always comes first.
Player Protection Tools
Deposit Limits
Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once a limit is applied, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 7-day cooling-off period.
Session Time Limits
Define how long you want to play per session. When your timer expires, you receive a notification and the session ends automatically.
Loss Limits
Cap the total amount you can lose in a given period. Once the limit is hit, games are temporarily unavailable until the period resets.
Reality Checks
Receive pop-up reminders every 30, 60, or 90 minutes showing how long you have been playing and your net balance for the session.
Cool-Off Period
Take a break from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. Your account is suspended during this time. This is reversible — unlike self-exclusion.
Self-Exclusion
Permanently close your account for a minimum of 6 months. During this time you cannot register a new account. Contact support to apply.
Warning Signs of Problem Gambling
Gambling becomes a problem when it stops being fun and starts affecting other areas of your life. Watch for these signs:
- Gambling with money set aside for bills, rent, or food
- Lying to family or friends about how much you gamble or spend
- Feeling anxious, irritable, or depressed when not gambling
- Chasing losses — betting more to try to win back what you lost
- Gambling to escape stress, anxiety, or personal problems
- Borrowing money or selling belongings to fund gambling
- Missing work, study, or social obligations because of gambling
- Failed attempts to cut back or stop gambling
If any of these sound familiar, we urge you to use our self-exclusion tool or contact one of the support services below.
